Support Ahava Village and help children in Israel like Meitar, who with no family to support her, has found a home, and a place to heal and grow at Ahava Village.
On the weekends, Meitar is being hosted by a family who cares for her with great devotion. Meitar excels in her studies and in many subjects is at the top of her class. Meitar benefits from several of the different therapies that Ahava has to offer, particularly Art Therapy, with an emphasis on painting.
In addition to her home life and studies, Meitar has volunteered to work with a group of students who suffer from learning disabilities and communication disorders. She works with them a few hours a week. Recently, Meitar has been asked by school management to create a mural on the classroom walls of those students. Meitar has grown very fond of her family care unit (Mishpachton) and contributes to their everyday life as well as her classmates at Ahava.
